🧩 Project Architect – Digital Transformation (Horizon Program)📍 Location: The Hague🗓️ Duration: 01 January 2026 – 31 December 2026⏱️ Hours: 28 per weekAbout The RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Project Architect to support the digital transformation program “Horizon”, focused on implementing a new Content Services Platform. You’ll design, align, and oversee architectural frameworks that connect business goals with technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and guide architecture for the Horizon content services implementation.Ensure compliance with TOGAF, Archimate, NORA, and EAR standards.Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business to ensure strategic alignment.Advise on integration, scalability, and information management best practices.Communicate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Hard Criteria (Must-Haves)✅ WO-level education (Master’s or equivalent).✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Architect and in information management.✅ Strong knowledge of TOGAF, Archimate, NORA, and EAR frameworks.Soft Criteria (Preferred)🌟 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.🌟 Politically aware and experienced in complex public-sector environments.🌟 Familiarity with OpenText or Content Manager platforms is an advantage.Residency, Language & Security Requirements🏠 Residency & Citizenship: At least 10 consecutive years living in the Netherlands and must hold a valid Dutch passport.🗣️ Language: Excellent Dutch (C1 or higher) and good English.🔒 Security Clearance: Must hold a valid VGB (Dutch government clearance) or be eligible and willing to obtain it.Why JoinJoin a high-impact transformation program shaping the future of digital content services.
