The Project Architect will oversee and manage architectural planning, design, and execution phases. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with sustainability and environmental standards, and leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project optimization. The role demands hands-on project management and collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture with expertise in preparing and managing Submittals.Extensive knowledge in project plans and schedules.Strong skills in Project Management to oversee and coordinate construction processes effectively.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Professional certifications in architecture or sustainability (e.g., LEED Accreditation) are a plus.
