We pride ourselves in being a multi-disciplined company but yet very specialized in every service that we offer.Position Overview:Jouzy Consulting Engineers is seeking a skilled Project Architect (7–8 years) to drive coordinated design delivery on projects in Dubai. The role leads Revit/BIM production, multi-discipline coordination, authority submissions, and quality assurance from Concept/Schematic through DD and IFC.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day architectural design and Revit model development across Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and IFC stages in line with the project BEP and ISO 19650.Produce and review architectural drawings, details, schedules, and specifications ensuring constructability and consistency with Jouzy standards.Coordinate with Structural and MEP disciplines using BIM; participate in clash detection sessions (Navisworks Manage) and close out issues before gate submissions.Prepare and manage authority submission packages; track and resolve comments with DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, DCD (and ADM/ADCD as applicable).Review vendor/shop drawings (façade, joinery, metal works, elevators, kitchens, etc.) to ensure alignment with design intent and interfacing disciplines.Implement QA/QC checks, redlines, and drawing standards; maintain version control and document traceability with CDE teams (Autodesk Construction Cloud/Aconex).Support site/technical queries (RFIs, materials, mock-ups, samples) to safeguard design intent during construction; attend coordination meetings as required.Contribute to value engineering, scope clarifications, and tender addenda; respond to bidder queries in coordination with project leadership.Mentor junior architects and coordinate day-to-day workloads to meet delivery deadlines.Requirements:B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized university; UAE Society of Engineers registration is an advantage.7–8 years of experience predominantly in Dubai-based design consultancies delivering high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, or complex residential projects.Expert in Revit/BIM (families, templates, worksets, view/sheet management, schedules) with solid Navisworks Manage coordination experience.Proficient with Common Data Environments (Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360; Aconex) and model/drawing version control.Strong knowledge of UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, IBC/BS standards, NFPA, and local sustainability regulations (Dubai Al Sa’fat; Abu Dhabi Estidama).Demonstrated experience with authority processes and approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, DCD; ADM/ADCD as applicable).Excellent detailing and specification capability; strong communication with clients, PMCs, contractors, and suppliers; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).Why JCE:JCE cares about the well-being and professional development of all its employees.
