Located in Paarl, the firm is dedicated to innovative and client-centric architecture.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Paarl for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will manage all aspects of planning and executing architectural projects, including designing and reviewing architectural plans, supervising submittals and project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with sustainability standards (ASHRAE & LEED) and leveraging digital tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to facilitate design and project coordination. Effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to high-quality design standards will be integral to the role.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and design conceptsExperience in Project Management and handling SubmittalsFamiliarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (BREAAM & LEED) standardsStrong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and applicationsExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams across disciplinesBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldExperience working on high-quality projects in the STEM or technical sectors is considered an advantage
