Project Architect

Job DescriptionPark + Associates is looking for an intermediate Project Architect. An ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore and familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.Key Responsibilities IncludeMonitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design ideaWorking closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stagesProject management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholdersPreparing submission drawings to authoritiesPreparing and producing construction documents and specificationsIn charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completionRequirements IncludeCandidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalentAt least 3 years of relevant experienceA strong passion for architecture and designWell versed in submissions and compliancesComprehensive knowledge of construction details and materialsCapacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environmentDesign oriented with a flair for creativity and keen eye for detailPlease send your CV & portfolio to career@parkassociates.com.sg if you are interested in the position.
