From initial concepts to project completion, we provide a seamless design process to create appealing and inspiring spaces.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect at our Woolloomooloo, Sydney office. The role involves designing innovative architectural projects, managing all project phases from conception to completion, and producing and reviewing detailed drawings and submittals. The Project Architect will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure outstanding results, oversee project management tasks, and ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.QualificationsStrong expertise in Architecture and building designProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software using RevitExperience managing submittals and related project documentationKnowledge of LEED standards and experience incorporating sustainable design principlesProven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects effectivelyExcellent communication, collaboration, and client relationship management skillsBachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldStrong proficiency in the English languageRelevant professional licensure is highly desirable
