Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Project and Business Controller to join our Finance team. You’ll ensure the financial management of a portfolio of internal teams, secure accurate project reporting, and support project teams with grant applications, audits, and related tasks.As our new Project and Business Controller, you will become a vital member of our Finance team of 10 professionals. You will work on projects funded by key donors like Danida and the EU and have the opportunity to shape, improve, and support financial processes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct business controlling for various teams in collaboration with team managersLead budgeting and forecasting with team leadersProject controlling of donor-funded projectsSupport project owners with grant applications and project budgetingManage project audits in collaboration with project ownersParticipate in HQ Finance initiatives to develop processes and tools, and bring your ideas to further strengthen our Finance teamYour ProfileYou are flexible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
