Project & Communications Intern Location: Brussels (Hybrid: mostly on-site with up to 2 days/week remote)Duration: 3–6 months (preference: 6 months)Start date: As soon as possible⚠️ Eligibility: This internship is only open to students eligible for a university-funded mobility or training programme (Erasmus+, Eurodyssey, or similar). Legal right to live and work in the EU is required.Eligibility Checklist (required to apply):☐ Confirmed eligibility with your university☐ Proof of eligibility (Learning Agreement draft, confirmation email, or nomination letter)☐ Legal right to live and work in the EU for the internship durationAbout the Role:Join the Women4Cyber Foundation as a Project & Communications Intern supporting our flagship Mentorship Programme, now in its 10th edition across Europe. You will work closely with the Mentorship and Communications Managers in a dynamic, international environment.Your Responsibilities:Communicate with mentors and mentees (emails, FAQs, follow-ups)Create content: testimonials, interviews, programme highlightsSupport online events: webinars, workshops, networking sessionsHandle administrative tasks: tracking metrics, updating documentationAssist communications with digital and visual assets (Canva, WordPress, Eventbrite)You Are:Studying communications, international relations, social sciences, project management, or related fieldsStrong in English writing and storytellingOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactiveInterested in mentorship, diversity, and/or cybersecurityComfortable with digital tools (email, shared drives, basic event software)What You’ll Gain:Experience managing a pan-European mentorship initiativeCollaboration with international partners, experts, and volunteers within the European cybersecurity communityReal-world communications skills: content creation, digital asset managementProfessional growth in project management, administration, and event coordinationMeaningful impact supporting women in cybersecurity and promoting diversity in techCompensation:Unpaid.
