We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.Main purpose of positionCurrently we are looking for a Project Control Manager in Oslo, Norway to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all project control activities, including planning and scheduling, information and document management, Risk and change management, Cost control and cash flow as well as Forecasting and reporting.You will also ensure that all routines and systems are effectively implemented in alignment with the Scatec Operating System and project-specific requirements. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Project Manager/Director across all project management workstreams, helping to drive project success through structured control and strategic oversight.Main Responsibilities Overall responsible for ensuring that the project follows the execution model, procedures, and guidelines as outlined by the operating system Overall responsible for all project control activities (Project Planning, Cost Control and Budget Management, Risk and Change Management, Information and Document Management) Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the operating system Support the Project Control Team with recruitment and onboarding. Manage contracts inputs related to Administrative Requirements, Milestones and Payment routines, Lead and facilitate in kick off meetings with the Project Team, Contractors, Consultants and suppliers and secure a common understanding of project routines, reporting and contractual requirements. Support Project Manager / Director during progress meetings with overview on critical activities, recovering plans, deviations to the targets. Provide estimation of Manhours / Administrative costs for the Scatec Team. Support the team cost estimations in early phases of the project with risk assessment on uncertainties. Qualifications And Competencies BA in Project Management or Business Administration or Degree in Industrial/ Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 5+ years management experience of controlling role in large scale construction/ EPC renewable energy projects. This includes the management of Cost, Time, Risk, Change Management. An excellent knowledge and experience of using the planning tools (Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office. Advanced IT skills with SharePoint and Access Control.
