You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and leadership to manage budgets, monitor progress, and deliver meaningful insights for strategic decision-making across multiple ongoing initiatives.Your ResponsibilitiesManage and Monitor budgets, costs, and milestones across R&D and operational projectConduct cost analyses, forecasts, and variance reports to drive decisions Support funding and reporting for national EU research programsHelp optimize controlling tools and processes and implement new digital solutionsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficiency and transparency Actively support other financial areas when neededYour ProfileCompleted higher commercial education or university degree, ideally with a focus on controlling or financeStrong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approachExcellent Englisch and German skills, both written and spoken Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, for data-driven project evaluationsHigh communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearlyStrong team spirit combined with initiative and proactive mindsetExperience in project controlling, ideally within R&D, technology, or innovation environments and EU-FundingProficient in ERP and reporting systemsWhat we offerFlexible working hours within our flexitime frameworkComplimentary fruit, great Italian espresso, tea, and sweet snacksWork location: Office in Vienna.
