Exceptional Project Controller required to join RINA’s Project Office, accountable for coordinating and maintaining all projects within a complex PMO. You will be a key support in the design and development of a critical Infrastructure (EPC) Programme, which will deliver downstream energy to Ireland.This role will be based in Cork, Ireland. 2 Year Fixed Term ContractResponsibilities will include: Input and maintain the accuracy of project budget data; Support in the preparation of contractual and planning documentation; Facilitate meetings and take/document meeting minutes; Monitor project progress, identify issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track; Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.Skills, Experience & Qualifications Between 5-10 years' Project Controls experience, preferably within a Project Management Office; No sector specialism required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering would be desirable; Understanding of Project Management governance, processes and tools including; planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks; Successful in establishing strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues; Strong written and verbal communication skills; a keen eye for detail; Strong MS Office expertise, with advanced Excel skills; To succeed you will be responsive, confident, concise, resilient and able to adapt; Must live within commutable distance of Cork; we are unable to support with relocation costs; Must be an Irish citizen, or have right to work in a permanent position.
