We’re looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to lead the execution of our new office and laboratory development — from property evaluation to construction handover and clinic refurbishments across Malaysia.What You’ll Do: 🔹 Coordinate full-cycle construction projects — site visits, mobilization, monitoring, and handover. 🔹 Liaise with property agents, developers, and government authorities to secure permits and approvals. 🔹 Oversee contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. 🔹 Manage documentation, compliance, and reporting for building and renovation projects. 🔹 Implement Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across all sites.Who You Are: ✅ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. ✅ 2–4 years of experience in facilities, construction coordination, or site supervision. ✅ Skilled in project scheduling (MS Project) and documentation. ✅ Excellent communicator, problem solver, and team collaborator. ✅ Willing to travel for on-site supervision across Malaysia.If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy seeing projects come to life from concept to completion — this role is for you!📩 Apply now to help us build spaces that inspire innovation and impact.
