This role involves collaborating closely with the Project Director to ensure project operations run smoothly, while also providing direct support to program participants and managing outreach efforts.As a remote, full-time contract position, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in participant engagement, case management, and data tracking to ensure the program meets its goals and objectives.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a strong passion for workforce development and community engagement. You should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related support role, ideally within trades or apprenticeship contextsWillingness to travel for outreach and participant engagement activitiesStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareExperience in multicultural settings is a plus; additional language skills are an assetWe value team players who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and foster relationships with participants, stakeholders, and colleagues.Compensation and BenefitsSalary for this position is to be determined, with a competitive pay structure that reflects your experience and expertise.
