AutoStore is seeking a Project Coordinator Compliance to join our expanding Research & Development (R&D) team.We are seeking a Project Coordinator Compliance to join our expanding R&D department. The ideal candidate is a compliance specialist with solid experience in Project Coordination and Global Market Access. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Compliance Engineers and product developers to monitor progress, plan upcoming work, and ensure alignment across projects.You will also work with safety experts covering various product regulations and safety standards for the EU, US/Canada, and other international markets, coordinating and tracking their progress. Another key responsibility will be to manage access and content in several databases and systems used to maintain and store product compliance data.Key Tasks And Responsibilities.Support Compliance Engineers in R&D in their work for product approvals (CE, NRTL etc)Take a leading role in development and maintenance of internal processes and guidelines. Follow-up and ensure compliance documentation is stored and traceable.Coordinate internal collaboration between R&D and Product Management to ensure product compliance is properly verified across relevant systems and databases.Maintain and develop the way we work with Declarations of Conformity, certification statements and market access applicationsKey Qualifications.3+ years’ hands-on experience in product compliance and development procedures; familiarity with quality management systems is beneficial.Documented experience in project management and administration, including working with systems that support these functions.Education in electrical, mechanical, or software engineering (or a related field) - relevant experience can compensate for formal education.Knowledge of the CE conformity assessment process within the EU is highly desirable; familiarity with compliance procedures in other markets is an advantage.We Offer: A Collaborative and Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation.Location for this role is our either our Headquarter in Vindafjord (Nedre Vats) or Oslo (Lysaker).Application deadline: November 11th.
