Job Description

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of consulting projects by assisting the project team, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities and timelines.Coordinate communication between project managers, consultants, clients, and internal teams.Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and progress trackers.Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, client meetings, and site visits.Monitor project progress and follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project status updates.Help identify project risks and escalate issues to the project manager when needed.Manage project files and ensure documents are properly archived and accessible.Support procurement and resource allocation when required.Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure a positive service experience.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.2 years of experience in project coordination.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities.Preferred Skills:Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP training is a plus).Ability to prepare reports and summaries clearly and professionally.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
