As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our multidisciplinary firm specializing in serving school districts across California.Daily ResponsibilitiesLead project document coordination processes for design, submittals, permits, approvals, and communicationsMaintain compliance of vendor/contractor requirements, certifications, reporting, and job progressAssist in establishing project cost breakdown, accounting, and budget trackingWork with Accounts Manager to maintain Master Budgets and Master SchedulesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist in project closeoutRequired SkillsConstruction Management experienceStrong computer skillsAbility to work independently and multitask effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field requiredSalary And BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000. to $90,000 annually.
