It is a global multilateral organization founded in November 2020 that aims to enable digital prosperity for all.The DCO brings together the Ministries of Communications and Information Technology of its Member States, and is focused on empowering youth, women, and entrepreneurs, leveraging the accelerative power of the digital economy, and leapfrogging with innovation to drive economic growth and increase social prosperity.About the Role:The Project Coordinator role is essential in supporting the Secretary General’s office. In this position, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, tracking key action points, and ensuring timely follow-up on decisions made during meetings. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has strong note-taking abilities, and can draft clear, high-quality content.You will be expected to monitor and manage action items, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the Secretary General updated on the progress of projects and tasks. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of follow-ups to ensure smooth operations within the office.Responsibilities:Attend meetings with the Secretary General, take detailed notes, draft accurate and professional minutes, summarize key decisions, and ensure proper distribution and documentation.Identify and document actionable items, monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.Develop task-management visual dashboards using BI tools to support decision-making.Draft high-quality content aligned with the organization’s objectives and communication standards.Prepare briefing documents and materials ahead of meetings and engagements, and coordinate with other departments as needed.Support the coordination of ongoing projects within the Secretary General’s office, ensuring timely progress, stakeholder updates, and alignment with organizational goals.Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handle inquiries, and support the organization and coordination of high-level meetings and events for the Secretary General.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in a similar role managing executive office tasks & projects e.g. CEO office, preferably in a project-based environment.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in taking minutes and summarizing complex discussions clearly.Ability to manage and track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Experience with project management tools or systems is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Required Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Outstanding English skills writing/ reading and speakingBilingual English & ArabicExcellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
