Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of university program accreditations and compliance-related initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that all programs, processes, and documentation meet state regulations, industry standards, and institutional requirements. Essential FunctionsCoordinate accreditation processes for university programs, ensuring compliance with state and institutional requirements.Prepare, review, and maintain documentation required by regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, policies, and ethical standards.Create, update, and implement institutional and departmental policies.Develop and support risk management strategies aligned with regulatory frameworks.Design and monitor internal control systems to prevent and address policy violations.Support the development and delivery of ongoing training programs to ensure employee awareness of compliance and accreditation requirements.Liaise with departmental heads and academic leaders to align operations with compliance and accreditation policies.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and reporting for accreditation-related activities.Education and SkillsBachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate systems, processes, and risks.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across departments.Please send your english resume.
