About UsFogSafe is bringing cutting-edge fog security technology to businesses and homes across the GTA. Our systems stop theft in progress by instantly filling a space with a dense, food-grade fog — forcing intruders to leave empty-handed. We work with businesses, installers, and resellers to deliver real-time protection that goes beyond traditional alarms.About the RoleThe Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and operations team to coordinate installations, manage client projects, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. This position involves both office-based coordination and on-site project oversight. It’s ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and interested in the technical and operational side of security systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating security system installationsCommunicate with clients, technicians, and vendors to ensure smooth project executionTrack project progress, timelines, and deliverables using internal toolsPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and client filesConduct site visits as needed to support installations and quality controlManage equipment logistics, inventory tracking, and material ordersSupport after-installation follow-ups and ensure customer satisfactionIdentify and help resolve project issues or delays promptlyQualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination, installation management, or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general project management toolsTechnical aptitude or prior experience in security systems, electrical, or low-voltage industries is an assetValid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites when required
