Our team partners with world-class designers, developers, and hospitality brands to turn creative concepts into beautifully built, durable products.The Role:We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Miami headquarters and serve as the bridge between Project Management, Production, and Sales Support. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design who wants to learn the real-world process of bringing hospitality projects from idea to installation.Responsibilities:Support the Director of Project Management in day-to-day operationsTrack project timelines, deliverables, and production schedulesCommunicate with vendors, fabricators, and clients to ensure on-time deliveryPrepare submittals, proposals, and client updatesCoordinate samples, finishes, and shop drawings between departmentsAssist with on-site installations and punch-list items as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related fieldExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive payHands-on exposure to high-end hospitality and multifamily projectsOpportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding companySubmit your resume and a short introduction to Ren Yap, Director of Project Management, at Ren@gbfurnishings.com.
