Learn more about the benefits of joining Team UES and our core values at careers.teamues.com.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to project teams toensure timely, organized, and efficient execution of project tasks. This role works closely with project managers,technical staff, and internal departments to assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and resourcecoordination. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project tracking systems, supporting clientdeliverables, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning and execution of business integration projects, including mergers,acquisitions, system transitions, and process realignments.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to align integration goals withfunctional requirements and timelines.Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear scope definition, task assignments, andmilestone tracking.Identify potential risks and dependencies, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure issue resolutionthroughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and budgetadherence.Facilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and ensure consistent stakeholdercommunication and alignment.Collaborate with change management and training teams to support adoption and continuity acrossaffected business units.Ensure documentation, reporting, and handoff of integrated processes and tools are completedaccurately and on schedule.Contribute to post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement forfuture integrations.QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or operations within a technical orservice-based industry.We also encourage recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in a related field to apply.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with project managementsoftware (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com) is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with engineering, construction, or environmental services terminology and workflows ispreferred.Travel RequirementsThis position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasionaltravel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, orcompany events.
