Project CoordinatorContract for 24 months | Melbourne, Brisbane + WFHWe’re recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator where you will be assigned to the support of one or more projects and programs across ENMP, where you will support the respective program or project manager in delivery and project management activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive day-to-day support, including communications, scheduling meetings, managing forums, and maintaining all project control registers (issues, risks, actions).Provide financial analysis and support, liaising with the PMO to ensure alignment with TTRP financial and reporting requirements.Support the coordination of monthly reporting and governance cycles. Assist the Program/Project Manager in managing risks, issues, decisions, and change requests to ensure compliance with TTRP and wider Airservices Project control requirements.Lead and coordinate program/project information management processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with PMO standards.Manage program administration, including HR processes, team on-boarding/off-boarding, associated approvals, and coordinating travel.Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of project administration functions and develop methods for greater success.Support stakeholder analysis, develop communication templates, coordinate stakeholder meetings/workshops, and manage technical, vendor, and engineering staff coordination.What we’re looking for?Must be an Australian Citizen.Ability to achieve and maintain an Australian Government National Security Clearance at the required level.Ability to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.Why apply through Lime Recruitment?Enjoy two pay runs per week without contractor fees.
