Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: St Albans Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annumWe are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing company based in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in a manufacturing environment to play a key role in supporting project delivery and coordination.Responsibilities:Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including design, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project progression.Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to provide updates and manage expectations.Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.Support project managers in monitoring project performance and identifying potential risks or delays.Assist in improving project processes and workflow efficiency across departments.Work with design teams using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD to review drawings, support design updates, and ensure manufacturing requirements are met.Requirements:Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment (essential).Familiarity with CAD packages such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD (advantageous).Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).A proactive approach with great attention to detail.Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or planning is advantageous.If you are looking to develop your career in a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing business, please apply or contact Charlotte White at cwhite@pg-rec.com for more information.
