Job Title: Project Coordinator / Site SupervisorYOE: 2 to 6 YearsLocation: Singapore onlyNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysJob descriptionResponsibilities:Liaise with relevant agencies and authorities such as LTA, PUB, SLA, HDB, SP Group, NParks, and telecommunication authorities to ensure smooth project progress.Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site and project activities, ensuring timely completion of work.Plan and coordinate trenchless pipe-laying and open-cut construction works.Efficiently organize site facilities and resources to meet project schedules and deadlines.Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented and maintained at all times.Comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Supervise and guide the site team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Prepare and submit daily progress reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Verify As-Built drawings and assist in the preparation of claim documents.Attend weekly project meetings and present work plans and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.Serve as the liaison between clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Maintain comprehensive site records to monitor the progress of watermain diversions and pipe-laying works.Prepare detailed shutdown plans for watermains to facilitate connections of new mains and capping of abandoned lines.Thanks & Regards,Yuvaraj UClient Engagement Executive | Vy SystemsMobile: +65 6248 0896| Email: yuvaraj@vysystems.comwww.vysystems.com
