Job Description

Are you an experienced and results-driven Project Coordinator with a passion for commercial and residential construction? Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team and take on a pivotal role in supporting their current project in Revelstoke. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is actively building within the community and expanding its presence in the region.This role is well suited to someone who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and is motivated to contribute meaningfully to the successful delivery of projects. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, supporting site operations, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the build process.Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager and site team with project planning, scheduling, and coordinationSupport the development and tracking of project timelines and milestonesCoordinate trades, suppliers, and internal resources to keep projects moving forwardHelp prepare and review project estimates and budgetsTrack project costs and assist with budget reportingMonitor project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutesIdentify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project ManagerSupport quality control processes and ensure work aligns with drawings and specificationsAssist with project close-out documentation and handover to the clientQualifications:2+ years of experience as a Project CoordinatorExperience supporting commercial, multifamily, or residential construction projectsWorking knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contractsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Can Offer You:Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 (flexible based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package transitioning to match industry standardsHow to Apply: Through this posting or email your resume to admin@sitetalent.caAbout SiteTalent:We are a specialized growth and talent partner for the industrial sector.
