Job IntroductionProject CoordinatorLocation: LondonEmployment Type: Permanent (Monday-Friday)Hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: Competitive Salary plus bonus and Sodexo BenefitsAbout The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. You will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios. This position is key to ensuring project milestones are met on schedule and within budget, while maintaining strong communication among internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in coordinating all phases of commercial real estate projects, from due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and closeout Prepare, track, and update project schedules, budgets, and reporting documentation Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely submission and review of drawings, proposals, and change orders Maintain organised project files and documentation, ensuring data integrity in project management systems Support the preparation of RFPs, contracts, and other procurement materials Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on outstanding action items Raise Purchase Orders on SAP, manage invoice review, budget updates, and financial tracking Facilitate internal communication between leasing, design, operations, and accounting departments Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards and project delivery best practices.
