As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.You will own and manageCustomer onboarding experienceCreate strong relationships with customersCustomer loyaltyCustomer product adoptionResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverablesAssist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levelsAnalyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirementsSome Ideal Traits For This Role AreProfessional. You’ll be liaising with high-level customers from world-renowned companies, universities and government organizations, so it’s important to be professional always. We are looking for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.Experience. 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles.Tech-aptitude. You should be tech-savvy. You should have had prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)Written and Verbal Communication skills. We are looking for someone who has impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You can adapt your communication skills to the type of client you are working with.Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
