Part of Xodus Group, Evolv Energies is at the forefront of major international projects where we bring a unique, integrated perspective and specialist engineering expertise to support offshore developers, investors and the wider construction and installation supply chain through Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, Construction and Installation activities across offshore wind and energy transition.The Project Coordinator will report to the Head of Projects whilst working closely with the Evolv Energies Business Development and Sales Manager, as well as the Proposal and Project Managers. The role will be to manage and deliver the administrative support requirements for the Evolv Energies projects and proposals teams.Primary Roles & Responsibilities include:Project Administration DutiesSupport the administration and co-ordination of project and proposal requirements as requiredManaging invoice processing between projects, finance and clientsAdministrative set up of proposals and projects including template initiationCoordinating third party contractors to provide timesheets, contract renewalsAttendance at project meetings and recording of minutesStructuring and filing information in accordance with the project / proposal function requirementsManagement of different registers required to enable efficient delivery of projectsCoordination of travel for project team membersManaging and coordinating project events e.g. Client specific visits or requestsLocal support for the use of specific tools required for project and proposal delivery - e.g. SharePoint, word, excel and other applicationsLiaison with IT to ensure new starts have the right facilities and equipmentSupport of the onboarding process for new employeesFormatting of documentsPreparing weekly reports and presentations as requiredEnsuring the defined administrative processes are being followed by the teamsIdentifying development opportunities to improve the efficiency of existing tools and processes and implementing them accordinglyRequirementsSkills and behaviours:A can-do attitude and willingness to work with a team at all levelsDemonstrable experience in a similar role or able to clearly demonstrate transferable skillsStrong organisational and prioritising skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools i.e. SharePointGood time management skills, being able to prioritise, plan, and manage own workloadExperience of working in a project driven environment and be familiar budgets & invoicingKnowledge of document control process and systemsBenefitsWe are a diverse, inclusive, respectful and welcoming place to workWe have enhanced parental and shared parental leave pay policies available from day one of employmentIt goes without saying that we offer a Market Competitive Salary to ensure that you know your efforts and inputs are valuedWe work flexibly at Xodus which means how you work your day is flexible with a combination of working in the office and at homeWe offer a Company pension scheme to allow you to save for your futureAccess to training and development opportunitiesWe have a number of comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits available for you and your family, including, Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Income Protection and Life InsuranceWe ensure there is always something fun to look forward to in the social calendar.
