Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the leadership team, you will oversee operations and project performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.You will work closely with teams across estimating, planning, and site delivery, leading day-to-day operations and driving strategic outcomes. This includes oversight of resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and client relationships, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.Your focus will be on building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, empowering your team to achieve success across multiple concurrent projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction across all stages of project deliveryManage operational teams responsible for estimating, planning, and site executionDrive efficiency, safety, and quality across all projectsLead and mentor project managers, supervisors, and site teams to deliver outstanding resultsBuild strong client and subcontractor relationships and maintain effective communication across all stakeholdersOversee financial performance, including project budgets, forecasts, and reportingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and outcomesContribute to business planning and future growth initiativesWhat Sets this Role ApartThis is a pivotal position for a Senior Project Manager ready to take the next step into strategic and operational leadership.
