Senior Civil Designer *****Were seeking a Senior Civil Designer to take a leadership role in the design and coordination of complex site development and infrastructure projects. Direct Placement (full-time, 40 hrs/week)Oversee civil design activities for site development, grading, utilities, drainage, and transportation infrastructure.Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and technical reports to ensure quality and accuracy.Coordinate project deliverables within established scope, schedule, and budget requirements.Lead design reviews, provide markups and redlines, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.Mentor and support junior designers and drafters in best practices and software proficiency.Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to resolve design and coordination challenges.Bachelors or Associates degree in drafting, civil technology, or related field, plus 1315 years of progressive civil design experience.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Excel .Strong understanding of site grading, stormwater management, and utility design principles.Field experience and prior team leadership preferred.
