You’ll be based at International Towers Barangaroo, one of Australia’s most sustainable and award-winning workplaces, with the flexibility of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home. This senior position will help GrainCorp explore the establishment of an integrated renewable fuels industry in Australia with Ampol and IFM Investors.This program spans greenfield infrastructure investment, feedstock innovation, commercial agreements, and policy advocacy. You’ll lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams, oversee investment planning through to construction and commissioning, and represent GrainCorp in high-level engagements with industry, government, and partners. This is a rare opportunity to shape a national agenda at the intersection of agriculture, energy, and sustainability—while reporting directly to senior leadership and influencing decision-making at the highest level.Our successful candidate:You are a proven leader with the capability and credibility to drive outcomes across a complex, high-value program. You bring:Extensive stakeholder management experience, including with joint venture partners, government, and executive boardsA track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects in infrastructure, energy, or related industriesDeep understanding of multi-decade commercial arrangements, including structuring long-term offtake or supply agreementsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and hold accountability across multiple workstreamsExceptional communication skills and a natural ability to engage at all levels — from frontline teams to boardroomsCommercial acumen, ideally gained through prior experience in banking, within a deals or transactions team, or as a practising lawyerProven experience navigating complex legal and financial frameworks, with the ability to assess commercial risk and drive optimal outcomesReady to apply?It’s simple—submit your application, and if your background aligns, our team will be in touch for a quick chat.
