NOW HIRING – PROJECT DIRECTOR (DELIVERY)Our client is a leading Consultant who has delivered iconic infrastructure projects.The Role:The Project Director role involves leading the delivery of major highways, bridges and infrastructure programs with a focus on managing all phases of the project lifecycle. This position requires strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, contractual and commercial management, and a proven track record in infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that it meets client requirements and complies with regulations.Manage budgets to maintain cost efficiency while upholding quality standards.Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.Uphold strict quality control to meet project specifications and industry benchmarks.Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental standards, and local, state, and federal regulations.Requirements:20 + years of experience in construction and project managementMinimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.Arabic speaker (essential)Previous RTA Experience (essential)
