Job title: Project DirectorLocation: GermanyAbout the client and roleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Project Director to lead the development, execution, and delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle.Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple BESS projects through the full lifecycle.Define project goals, success criteria, and delivery strategies.Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, finance, and operations.Manage external contractors, consultants, and technology providers.Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders (Utilities, regulators, landowners, community groups)Collaborate with executive leadership to align project execution with business objectives.Resolve issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)7+ Years in energy storage or renewable energy.Proven track record managing utility-scale BESS or related EPC Projects.About CLMAt CLM, we’re obsessed with creating a better executive search experience for our candidates and clients in the automotive industry.
