Role: Project DirectorRate: £1150/day inside IR35Location: London (three days/week onsite)Start date: ASAPDuration: 6 month initial contractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a long-term, strategic programme of work. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation programmes within a Wealth Management environment.Key Requirements:Must be a proven operator at exec level, managing senior stakeholder both internally / externally - with frequent engagement at C-Suite / GEC level Vast Wealth Management experience, ideally across advisor / partner-led firms. Experience designing, building and delivering incentivisation programmes from scratchMust be able to operate at a strategic level and identify key priorities immediately Experience working closely with the regulator, ensure programme is fully compliant with all regulatory frameworks.
