Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Manage, operate, and control PMC, Supervision Consultant, and Contractors to ensure compliance with the approved plan, signed contracts, and relevant regulations.Control and manage risks related to strategic planning and project implementation.Lead and conduct appraisal and evaluation of the master and detailed plans submitted by PMC, and coordinate necessary adjustments (if any).Represent the Investor (Developer) in approving adjustments related to planning, schedule, cost, and disbursement proposed by PMC within authorized limits; report to the Board of Management for matters beyond authority.Act as the key coordinator and focal point for communication and information exchange between the Investor, PMC, Supervision Consultant, and Contractors.Manage and control the project’s progress, quality, cost, quantity, and contracts to ensure timely, high-quality, and safe project completion.Represent the Investor in working with partners, governmental authorities, and local agencies related to the project implementation process.Manage, assign tasks, and take full responsibility for all activities and performance of the Project Management Team and its staff. Set and evaluate KPIs for team members.Prepare management reports on project progress, quality, cost, safety, and other reports as required by higher management.Participate in recruitment, training, and development to ensure the Project Management Team has sufficient capability to fulfill assigned tasks.Perform other duties as assigned by direct management or as decided by the Group.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Engineering, or related fields, with valid certificates/licenses such as Project Management (domestic/international), Construction Supervision, etc.Over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar position as Project Manager for luxury high-rise real estate projects.Fluent in English (able to work effectively with foreign partners).Proven experience in overall project management with solid knowledge of the construction industry; strong skills in planning, risk management, decision-making, leadership, communication, and negotiation.Preference given to candidates who can start work as soon as possible.CONTACT:Ms Lucy: 0942025399/ hoaptm@talentnetgroup.com
