He/she ensures the timely and efficient delivery of the works, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and the achievement of project objectives within budget and schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of rural electrification projects.Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordination between civil, electrical, and environmental departments.Oversee project budget, schedule, and quality control.Maintain direct communication with clients, partners, and local authorities.Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE, and environmental regulations.Prepare and validate technical and financial reports.Skills And CompetenciesProven experience in project management in the electrification or power distribution sector.Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.Strong knowledge of HSE standards.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
