Project Director – NorwayAn established international contractor is expanding into the Norwegian market and is seeking a Project Directorto lead operations and drive business growth. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and developing a new regional business, overseeing both project delivery and strategic development. This is a strategic position with a clear path to senior leadership.Responsibilities:Lead the setup and expansion of the Norwegian business in collaboration with the European leadership team.Develop relationships across the Norwegian market to identify and secure new business opportunities.Oversee project delivery from estimating and preconstruction through to completion.Build and lead project teams as the business grows.Act as the key representative in Norway, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Experience:We’re looking for a candidate who:Has proven experience in the built environment, ideally within data centres, mission critical, pharma, logistics, industrial, or cold storage sectors.Brings strong estimating or preconstruction experience.Possesses excellent business development skills and an established network within the Norwegian construction market.Is fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).Has a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently to deliver results.
