Project Director (Data Centre Construction)Finland A leading international developer in the digital infrastructure sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Director to lead the delivery of a flagship data centre project in Finland. Reporting directly to the VP of Construction, this role will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design through to commissioning and handover. In this role, you will: Lead the design, construction, and delivery of a major data centre project. Manage contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders across Europe. Take ownership of scheduling, sequencing, procurement, and cost management. Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, and reporting.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard project timelines and budgets. What we’re looking for: Experience in project or construction management for large-scale infrastructure or data centres. Strong background in construction execution, contractor management, and scheduling. Proven track record delivering complex projects across Europe (Finnish/European contractor networks highly desirable). Degree in Construction Management, Civil/ Structural Engineering, or related discipline. PMP®, PRINCE2®, or similar certification advantageous. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
