About FormedWelcome to Formed — where design is not decoration, but architecture.As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we engineer form-driven digital ecosystems for the next generation of startups and enterprises.Operating across IT, Animation, and Academy, we merge no-code agility with custom-coded brilliance to build scalable websites, immersive apps, and visionary brand systems.Every pixel, every transition, every interaction is shaped with performance, elegance, and growth in mind.We don’t just build digital products — we design clarity, craft trust, and form the future.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Operations• Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks across Academy projects.• Coordinate workflows between instructors, designers, marketing teams, and the CEO.• Help maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation.• Monitor progress, identify risks, and flag potential issues to the senior team.• Participate in strategic discussions and contribute ideas to improve operations.Education Coordination• Support the scheduling and management of live classes, mentor sessions, and course events.• Facilitate communication between students, mentors, and instructors.• Help prepare course materials and update learning resources.• Track student progress and assist in feedback collection & reporting.• Ensure smooth operations during course launches, onboarding, and academic activities.• Use Google Workspace and project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana) to organize information and workflows.Preferred Qualifications• Studying or recently graduated in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Education, Communication, or related fields.• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and project lifecycle management.• Ability to break projects into tasks, milestones, and deliverables.• Comfort with scheduling, progress tracking, and basic reporting.• Experience with LMS tools, Google Forms/Typeform, or workflow optimization is a plus.• Strong analytical mindset and interest in building structured processes.Why Formed?• Be part of building an innovative education platform integrating design, technology, and real-world application.• Work directly with the CEO and senior team, gaining rare early-career strategic exposure.• Access mentorship from leaders across design, marketing, tech, and education.• See your work implemented in real, high-impact projects — not theoretical assignments.• Enjoy a flexible, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture.• Build a strong portfolio featuring cross-functional contributions across PM, operations, and education.Compensation: Unpaid (with the opportunity of long-term colloboration)
