Job Description
KleppHSE AdvisorResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with contractor EHS personnel to ensure project standards are aligned with client expectations.Maintain a highly visible presence on worksites, particularly during planned high-risk operations.Ensure all project personnel are fully aware of and comply with required risk control measures.Lead and attend various EHS-related meetings, including daily briefings, weekly walkthroughs, and team reviews.Act as the primary EHS point of contact for allocated contractor groups.Review and provide expert comment on Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), plans, and procedures.Prepare and implement the planned EHS audit and inspection program for contractors.Prepare and present relevant EHS reports and ensure timely completion of all client-specific reporting.Support the Programme EHS Lead and deputize for other EHS personnel in their absence.Required expertiseProven experience in an EHS leadership role, preferably on large-scale construction project sites.In-depth knowledge of EHS standards, documentation, and risk control measures.Experience conducting EHS audits, inspections, and reviewing safety documentation such as RAMS.Strong leadership and communication skills for effective coordination with contractors, clients, and project teams.Proficiency in preparing detailed EHS reports and managing reporting systems.A proactive approach to site safety and a commitment to maintaining a visible presence.Ability to maintain EHS competency through regular continuous professional development (CPD).Language: English and NorwegianLocation: Google SkienWork schedule: 5 days a week and some weekendsDuration: ASAP- 31.12.2026, opportunities from to 2028Søk nå
