You will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic engineering projects on-site, including those related to the upcoming shutdown in February/March 2026.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the study, coordination, and monitoring of engineering projects (equipment, installations, buildings, etc.)Drafting and coordinating URS (User Requirement Specifications) and Change ControlsParticipating in qualification activities: FAT/SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, commissioning, and PQReviewing validation protocols and reports (VPE) for systems and equipmentBuilding and maintaining technical documentation and project plansSupporting training activities for personnel following project implementationReporting regularly to the Engineering Manager on project progress and improvement opportunitiesAssisting the Maintenance department and contributing to maintenance procedure developmentOrganizing internal and external project execution and procurement processes.Your ProfileYou hold an electromechanical Engineering degree or equivalent proven experienceYou have minimum 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industryYou are fluent in French and EnglishYou are proficient in MS Office and AutoCADStrong knowledge of EU GMP's and 21 CFR regulationsYou communicate and present easilyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsYou are detail-oriented with a proactive mindsetYou are able to work independently and under pressure in cross-functional teams.The Recruitment ProcessOlivia Braszko, Talent Acquisition Specialist, will review your application and schedule an initial screeningYou’ll meet with our Technical Director, Alexandre Ivankovich, and Olivia for a technical interviewFinal interview with our Business Unit Director, Jimmy Rousseaux.If you're passionate about engineering excellence in the pharmaceutical sector and want to be part of a dynamic and expert-driven team, we’d love to hear from you!
