Ensuresalignment across departments within Puurs such as production, QC, QA and other supporting departments. Is the mouthpiece of the Puurs site to external stakeholders such as global R&D and product teams. Plans, follows up and is responsible for achieving the milestones of the clinical campaign. Leads the release and shipment of clinical material. Analyses and resolves technical bottlenecks during production. Follows up batches together with operators during the execution phase. Collaborates with R&D to design and optimize manufacturing processes for clinical supplies, with a focus on scalability and GMP Is responsible for drafting and managing project documentation such as Technical Agreements, batch records, project plans, change management and reporting. Supported, managed and (jointly) responsible for developing, following up and investigating deviations from a product-technical point of view. Monitoring and interpreting stability data of new products. Introducing and implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) projects within the department. Open to a very dynamic environment. Priorities often shift depending on clinical trial results and changing strategies and timelines. Qualifications Master's degree: industrial engineer, civil engineer, bioengineer, (industrial) pharmacist or equivalen Strong interpersonal skills, can build relationships with stakeholders Strong communication skills, able to convey a message clearly and in a nuanced manner Works in an organized and accurate manner Strong technical writing skills (English, French or Dutch) Good project management skills, can independently prepare and maintain a project plan. Proactive and team-oriented attitude Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
