Project Engineer

Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will work onsite, assisting the project manager and project team to complete the construction work of the offshore wind farms.Location: Bolikhamxai or Savannakhet Province, LaosKey ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the installation of wind turbine units, and control the quality and safety during the installation process. Be responsible for site cable laying and wiring work. Be responsible for commissioning of offshore wind turbine units. Swiftly respond to issues and conduct troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, software issues as well as component replacement, ensuring the project continuity. Work to the highest HSE standards whilst ensuring that project targets are met. Other tasks assigned by the management team. Qualifications & Experience2-3 years' experience in electrical, mechanical engineering. Be able to climb a wind turbine and perform demanding physical work in heights as well as in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license in Laos is desirable. GWO or other industrial certifications nice to have. A significant understanding of and commitment to the standard of HSE in the wind farms. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
