Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Within the Engineering department, we are responsible for the realization of various projects. As a Project Engineer HVAC, you will be accountable for the HVAC aspect of one or more projects. This covers the full project lifecycle: feasibility studies, detailed engineering, construction, validation, and commissioning of the installation. Throughout the entire project, you will work closely with many other departments such as Production, Maintenance, and QA. As the Project Engineer HVAC, you are responsible for the end-to-end execution of the HVAC component within your project(s). Strong communication skills are essential, as collaboration within your team and with colleagues across departments at the Puurs site (e.g., Production, Maintenance, QA) is key. Required Skills & Qualifications: You have completed a higher technical education (Industrial or Civil Engineer) or have relevant experience to draw upon. You have several years of relevant experience with HVAC systems in a similar role. You are a strong communicator and assertive when necessary. You are capable of multitasking and setting the right priorities. You can work independently while functioning within a team concept. You have knowledge of GMP, Six Sigma methodology, and risk management tools such as FMEA. You are familiar with documentation (P&IDs, functional specifications, etc.) and with writing validation documents. Additional Information: This role will specifically be assigned to one or more projects involving the construction of cleanrooms, where the Project Engineer will be responsible for the HVAC component. Ideally, we are looking for an engineering profile with HVAC expertise and experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
