They're currently looking for a Project Engineer to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions in signalling and train safety systems.This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for permanent employment after the initial term, ideal for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in the rail sector while exploring long-term career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Define optimal technical solutions and support proposal preparationSpecify, track, and test hardware/software development packagesCoordinate technical requirements with internal teams and clientsMonitor project KPIs and ensure objectives are metManage work packages, ensuring timely delivery within budgetMaintain project plans, manage risks and changesCommunicate project objectives and oversee technical activitiesYour Profile:Fluent in German (C1-C2) and English (C1)Minimum 3 years of experience as a project engineer or team leadDegree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, or similarStrong knowledge of German railway signalling and control systemsAt least 3 years in the railway sectorProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in engineering project planning and risk/resource managementIdeally familiar with software development processes and tools like PrimaveraExpertise in rail transport, telecommunications, or electrical engineering is desirableExperience in system architecture and leading engineering teamsKnowledge of bid preparation Interested?If this sounds like your next challenge, I'd love to hear from you.
