Joseph Decorative Glass, a leading specialist in high-end decorative glass solutions based in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic professional to manage and deliver bespoke architectural glass projects with precision and flair.🔧 Role: Project Engineer📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 📅 Employment Type: Full-timeWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery of custom glass and stainless steel installationsCoordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flowManaging site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standardsPreparing and reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and project documentationConducting site measurements (WIR/MIR), inspections, and progress trackingLiaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain timelinesSupporting procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability of materialsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field)Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, specifically in decorative glass and stainless steel works (not façade)Strong knowledge of WIR/MIR procedures, site coordination, and stakeholder communicationProficiency in AutoCAD and project planning toolsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsUAE driving license preferredWhy Join Us?
