Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role starting in 2026 for a Project Engineer based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of field installation projects, ensuring they align with company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring technical accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves leveraging engineering principles to analyze system performance, optimize efficiency, and implement solutions to meet the needs of clients.QualificationsProficiency in project planning, project management, and timeline coordinationStrong technical skills in HVAC systems, including understanding of HVAC systems such as RTUs, Chillers, and Boilers.Problem-solving and analytical skills to support system performance analysis and optimization.Excellent communication skills for client engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience with predictive analytics systems (preferred).Basic electrical hands-on skills (preferred).PMP certification (preferred).
