We are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and our culture is underpinned by values like accountability, curiosity and authenticity.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Brisbane team.You’ll be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, design coordination, technical delivery and execution of construction projects. The role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.What You’ll DoYou’ll assist in the successful delivery of construction projects, including:Coordinating drawings, documentation, design information and RFIsPreparing procurement programs and tender documentation for trade packagesMonitoring project schedules, budgets and construction progressSupporting contract administration, variations, progress claims and reportingTracking project cost performance and cashflowAssisting with meeting preparation, PCGs and site coordination activitiesEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirementsWhat You’ll BringYou are a motivated and organised construction professional who thrives working within a project team. You’ll also bring:3–5 years’ experience in construction project engineeringStrong knowledge of construction methodology, specifications and standardsSkilled in contract administration, variations and project financial controlProficient in construction/project systems (e.g. AutoCAD / MS Project / Procore / MS Office)Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWhy Join Mettle?At Mettle, we’re not just building projects — we’re building the future.
