Project Engineer

Position Title:Project EngineerLocation:AustraliaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project specifications are met, and contributing to timely and cost-effective project completion. The ideal candidate combines engineering expertise with strong project management and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and project reports.Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, identifying risks and proposing solutions.Support quality assurance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project status.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).2–5 years of experience in engineering or project-based roles.Strong understanding of engineering principles, project planning, and technical documentation.Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.Preferred AttributesExperience in managing small to medium-sized projects independently.Familiarity with Australian engineering standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.Employment Type:Full-time
