Job Description
Responsibilities:Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in project management, site supervision, and contract administration within construction, fit-out, or engineering consultancy sectors.Act as the Managing Agent for assigned projects, ensuring that contractors execute works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.Manage day-to-day project activities including planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and reporting. Coordinate between clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project communication and timely resolution of issues. Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and proactive communication.Review project designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.In-depth knowledge of project planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and reporting tools.
